Terms of Use

These terms apply to the application at https://traffic.axonflow.cz (the "service").

The service is operated by axnflw s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 24457442, Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic ("we"). Contact: info@axonflow.cz.

Access to the service is arranged by the contract between us and your organisation. By signing in you are bound by these terms; your organisation is liable to us for the use of the service under its contract. Where the contract says otherwise, the contract prevails. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. What the service does

Road network traffic analytics built on aggregated traffic data — comparing speeds, travel times and delays between periods on selected road segments. For example, the same corridor before and after a signal plan change.

2. Who gets access

The service is exclusively for organisations that have a contract with us. There is no public sign-up — we create accounts under the contract with your organisation. Your access lasts for the period and covers the scope agreed in that contract.

3. Your account

4. What is prohibited

5. The traffic data: what it is and what it is not

6. Outputs from the service

Three rules apply to outputs — PDF reports, charts and summary statistics:

  1. You may use outputs built on NDIC data in your work and in studies and deliverables for your clients.
  2. When publishing or handing over an output, state the source in this exact wording: „Zdrojem digitalizovaných informací o silničním provozu je NDIC.“ (In English: "The source of digitised road traffic information is NDIC." The NDIC licence requires the Czech wording.)
  3. Do not pass on or sell raw data (section 4). The line: a report, chart or summary figures in a study — yes; a bulk data export for another system — no.

7. Your content

Zones and their saved settings (segments, periods, filters) that you create in the service belong to your organisation — they are shared within it. We only host them; we use them for nothing but providing the service to your organisation. One exception: session replay may capture screen content — see the Privacy Policy, Analytics section. When the contract ends, we hand them over in the format we hold them in, or delete them, on the organisation's request (info@axonflow.cz).

8. Availability

We do not guarantee availability (no SLA) unless your organisation's contract provides one. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure outages, or an outage of the data source (NDIC).

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the service, or for decisions made on the basis of data from the service. We do not limit liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life, health, dignity or other natural rights of an individual (Section 2898 of the Czech Civil Code). Liability provisions in your organisation's contract prevail.

10. Rights to the service and the data

Copyright and licence rights to the service (code, design, processed datasets) belong to us. You use the source traffic data within the limits of the NDIC DISP licence; the obligations it places on you are summarised in sections 4 and 6 — we provide the full text on request at info@axonflow.cz. Under the contract your organisation acquires the right to use the service — not ownership of the software or the data.

We may use suggestions and ideas you send through feedback to develop the service, with no compensation to you.

11. Breaches and end of access

If you breach these terms, we may block the account or withdraw its access — for serious breaches (reselling data, deliberate automated extraction) immediately and without prior notice. We inform your organisation about any block.

When your organisation's contract ends, its users' access ends too. What happens to user data and your content is described in the Privacy Policy and section 7.

12. Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page and update the date below. We notify your organisation of material changes — new usage restrictions, changed rules for outputs, reduced access — at least 30 days in advance: with an in-app notice and an e-mail to your organisation's contact person. If the organisation disagrees, its contract governs what happens next. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic. The terms exist in Czech and English; in case of conflict, the Czech version prevails.
